Pump Overheat Protection Switch Install Instructions

1.Locate flat and clean area on pump where the Pump Overheat Protection Switch will be placed.

2.Twist and blend ribbon epoxy untill colors blend thoroughly and turns green. (below fig 1)

3.Place equal amounts on Pump Overheat Protection Switch (below fig 2) within 2 minutes of mixing.

4.Press Pump Overheat Protection Switch firmly against pump with a slight twisting motion making sure sensor is in contact with pump. Pump Overheat Protection Switch will stay in place untill epoxy hardens. (10 - 20 minutes) full cure (4 - 5 hours). (below fig 3)

5.Electrical wiring directly (in line) to either one of the power supply lines (L1 OR L2) at the relay OR the pressure switch OR at the motor or pump station controller. 24-120-240 volts 30 amps max. below fig 4 & 5
